STAYING HYDRATED AND SCORING BIG WITH HIGHLAND SPRING!
The St Johnstone Community Trust are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with Highland Spring, one of the UK's leading natural source water brands, for our upcoming Summer Holiday Camps.
This collaboration will provide young players with the hydration they need to stay active and healthy during the camp while educating them on the importance of staying hydrated during physical activity, ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone.
With water the ultimate teammate, Highland Spring has generously donated a substantial quantity of their refreshing, pure natural source water to keep our players hydrated throughout our summer programmes across Perth & Kinross. This donation is a testament to Highland Spring's commitment to promoting health and wellness and aligns perfectly with our mission to support young people to be fitter, healthier, and happier.
Our ‘Train Like a Pro’ participants will delve into some of the ‘Physical’ components of what it means to be a professional football player and, in partnership with Highland Spring, our coaches will bring a focus on why it is important for football players to drink water, the different sources water can come from, and how water enters and exits our body. The Highland Spring logo will feature across the complimentary training shirts to celebrate this.
Our Summer Sports Camps, scheduled to run from 1st July to 9th August are designed to offer children aged 3 to 16 an opportunity to develop their football skills, learn about teamwork, and enjoy a summer filled with fun and physical activity. With expert coaching, engaging drills, and friendly matches, our camp promises to be an unforgettable experience for all participants.
Highland Spring's support will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our camps. Proper hydration is essential for maintaining peak performance, especially during the hot summer months. By providing our young players with high-quality, natural source water, Highland Spring is helping us create an optimal environment for learning and growth, particularly within our full day offering.
"We are delighted to partner with Highland Spring this Summer" said Francis Smith, Trust CEO. "Their generous donation will not only help keep our participants hydrated and healthy but also demonstrates their dedication to supporting community wellbeing. We are grateful for their support and excited to work together”
Highland Spring shares our vision of promoting active lifestyles and supporting community programmes.
"As part of our good neighbour programme which focuses on supporting initiatives which benefit local communities close to ours sites, we are proud to be partnering with Saints in the Community this Summer" said Simon Oldham, Managing Director of Highland Spring. "Sport and hydration go hand-in-hand, and we’re delighted to work with the Community Trust who are delivering fantastic projects which help these children perform at their best and develop healthy hydration habits."
We look forward to a fantastic summer of sport, fun, and friendship, made even better by our partnership with Highland Spring.
From kick off to the final whistle, hydration is key, and we can’t wait to see you there.
